Sunrise Park Cottages
Conceived with the goal of providing you yet another level of comfort
and privacy, our four newly constructed Sunrise Park Cottages offer an
attractive lodging option for guests traveling in larger groups — or a
spacious getaway destination for nearly anyone.
Sunrise Park Cottages are the perfect mix of convenience and privacy. You’ll be just a short walk away from all the amenities and attractions that make a King’s Pointe stay enjoyable and memorable... but you’ll also be in an exclusive location that makes quiet relaxation possible. And with three queen beds and two sofa sleepers in every Sunrise Park Cottage, there are plenty of places to relax!
In a Sunrise Park Cottage, you’ll find all the extras that make for a great getaway. Each cottage was designed with comfort and beauty in mind: you’ll notice the stunning lakeside view immediately. To make entertaining easier, each cottage includes a gas grill and patio furniture... and in the evening hours, a fire pit beckons with warmth and light.
Cooking indoors? A full-featured cooktop stands ready to assist, complemented by a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a complete selection of kitchen utensils, and table service for 12.
For your convenience, each Sunrise Park Cottage also includes free wireless and wired internet access, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio and cable television. And because we wish to accommodate all our guests, each Sunrise Park Cottage complies with ADA guidelines.
